Tara Engel has been a friend of ours for several years.  Even though we already knew her and trusted her, we were hesitant at first to use a real estate agent thinking we could save money by selling the house ourselves.  Our last house purchase was 16 years ago, and we had forgotten all that is involved.  Now, at the end of our sale and purchase, we can't imagine doing this without her help.  We had a buyer in one weekend and it couldn't have gone smoother.  Even though she was out of town, she stayed in touch with us multiple times a day by e-mail or phone.  Her advice was excellent and she gave great references for services.  It seemed like she showed us almost every house in Mt Juliet until we found the right one.  She was at both inspections, both walk throughs, both closings.  We always felt that she had out best interest in mind and pointed out many things to consider that we would have never thought of on our own.  Even after the final closing we called her on a holiday about the dishwasher not working and she was still there for us.  We have never received professional and personal service like what she provided.  We are also grateful to Margaret who also showed us numerous houses the weekend Tara was out of town.  With the exception of the previous owner moving out a little later than promised, a circumstance that no one could have done anything about, this has been a nearly perfect experience."
